2.  As a result of this session, the first specific thing I will do is: 

Try to manage my time better

Try not to complain about co-workers – try to be more understanding and put myself in others’ shoes

Have a partner chat re unmet satisfiers

Treasure the high satisfaction ones; Continue to work on unmet satisfiers

Stop fretting outside the circle (a bit)

Share; Find that “partner” to talk to about ways to avoid being outside the circle & talk about enhancing things I can control

Will derive more satisfaction from the workplace. Try to incorporate the ideas discussed to create a satisfying, fun environment.
