2.  As a result of this session, the first specific thing I will do is: 

Reorganize my workload to adapt to the change. Look at what I can do in terms of gaining the things I desire in my work environment. Have more fun at work and do whatever I can to assist with the changes. To study to be more productive. Reorganize my work environment to reduce stress. Accept more changes. Look at change differently. Look at life/career in a new perspective. Commitment. Look at how to improve my department and make more use of its plus’s. Discuss what I learned with my associates and summarize the key values of the session. Re-evaluate plan. Change my view of seeing changes change. Not be afraid of change.

Look at bottom-end of survey and care about those who are stressed. Keep a positive attitude. Enjoy my work and not stress about life, work. Re-evaluate priorities. Get over it. Try to be more productive. Check out why “stress” seems so high. Embrace change. Listen to people more and adapt easier to changes. Not live in the past, but move with change. Accept change. Go with the flow. Manage change better. Change to adapt. Accept change more easily – there’s nothing I can do about it. Accept more change. Evaluate priorities and stressors in my job.

3.  My comments on this session overall:

Like 10 minute brain storming and all the great ideas that came out of tools in the beginning, giving us an idea of what we like. It was fun and interesting and would recommend it to other companies. Excellent time spent. Good. Worthwhile. Fascinating. Good rating, well introduced. Good learning experience. Enjoyed outdoor activity … would have liked to see more along those lines. Very informative and kept my interest level way up there. Engaging a mixed group is always a challenge. Attention was high most of the time.
