*      Solving; How to; “Why”

2.   As a result of this session, the first specific thing I will do is:

*      Restructure my time and look at sales share %.

*      Work with using several tools to help relate to customers that are not committed to doing more business with us.

*      Try to remember to ask myself “Why” question.

*      Analyze my accounts in more depth.  More attention to the proper questions.

*      Do not conclude without reasoning why.

*      I will use some of these problem-solving techniques in my personal life as well as introducing them to my staff @ work.

*      Ask “why.”

*      Review the lesson and then implement with Sales Reps.

*      Think of the “Why” of a problem before I start on the “How” to solve it.

*      Do more problem solving (thinking about things before I do them and prevent problems).

*      Ask myself “why.”  Make sure I understand situations, problems.

*      Try to find WHY I’m not selling more.

*      Give some thought to my comments regarding the competitors when talking to clients.

*      Consider the reasons why some things fail or don’t work according to plan.
