2.  As a result of this session, the first specific thing I will do is: 

Challenge myself. Look after myself. Think more about workplace stressors; identifying what they are and what I can do about them. Evaluate workload and look for ways to decrease. Try to fulfill these satisfiers at my current job and if they can’t, I will have to take the necessary steps. May mean leaving job. Deal with stress. Have fun. Consult my Little Card.

Motivated me to carry though. Review my priorities and how to manage stress level. Block learning time. Take more breaks! Keep working on my career plans (I am a student who will be done my post grad in April in Public Relations & Corporate Communications). Try to overcome my obstacles. Inquiry about doing my PhD. Talk to my boss about time off. Decide what is a priority and what I need to get over.

3.  My comments on this session overall:

Well presented. Very interesting. I took a course on facilitation and cannot wait to share with friends and profs my experience today. Great job. Needed session.  V. Good.  Excellent chairperson. Excellent.

Great fun with good learning's. Very informative and practical. Enjoyed group setting/participation. Great presentation.  Held my interest. Good. Productive way to spend my lunch hour. Well done.
