BEYOND SURVIVOR FEEDBACK

 

 

1.  If I had to describe this session to a colleague, the three adjectives I would use are:

*      Entertaining – covers career planning, values, etc. in a manner that makes it interesting and fun to participate in; Interesting – simple model ties back to important issues we are faced with.

*      Impressive!  Practical; Simple – real life, easy application

*      Interesting; Lots of information; Pro-active theory

*      Great – information is very valuable!; Fun! Relaxing

*      Take ownership for work satisfiers; Understand own work satisfiers

*      Inner focused; Thought provoking; Fun

 

2.   As a result of this session, the first specific thing I will do is: 

*      Examine info vs. our new performance management process (looking at different ways to reward employees)

*      Review material provided to see what other applications it may have

*      Read through all material that Pat gave me

*      Review materials!

*      Talk with colleagues about opportunities for this material

*      Talk to my colleagues about how it might be used in workplace
