Free  Team Building Game

Objective:   

• Test your teams secret agents as they solve problems under intense time pressure with Mission Possible. Successful completion of each mission earns each team points and brings the team closer to the goal of diffusing the final bomb.
•  Examples of missions are:  Neutralizing Nitroglycerin, passing through holes in an Electric Fence, crossing an Acid River, Shuffling Bombs, Crossing a Mine Field, Retrieving a Bomb. These challenges unite successful squads with trust, quick yet wise decisions, excellent communication, and prepare them for the final mission.
• The last and toughest mission is to build a freestanding structure at least 8 feet tall to transport a bomb (egg), untouched, to within 3 inches of the ground without the bomb sustaining any damage. This will diffuse the bomb and earn the team reward points. Teams must use the points they previously earned to purchase supplies for the structure.

Group Size: 

• Ideal for any size of groups, but requires facilitator for each group of 10-12 participants, as appropriate

• Depending on how many practice missions you include.
