CRG has executed a wide range of talent retention & team building initiatives to help our clients improve their productivity and profitability. Some specific projects have included:

  • design and development of a national retail customer service program to support team building after restructuring 
  • an initiative to address severe unrest in a manufacturing facility due to the necessary withdrawal of benefits and cutbacks in workplace flexibility 
  • managing change workshops for over 200 employees in a manufacturing operation to assist employees and team leaders prepare for a transfer of a portion of the business to Asia 
  • program designed to help a business unit maintain high levels of service during major site relocation. Created assessment tools to identify current team challenges and a process for employee accountability for solutions. 
  • development of an innovative talent recruitment and interviewing skills program for team leaders to reduce the levels of turnover, absenteeism and performance problems. 
  • implementation of a worldwide merger-related change management leadership initiative, including team building from the executive committee to every level within business units 
  • implementation of a large North American change management initiative for preserving team building in the face of an impending company liquidation 
  • presentations at several successful executive and team building change  management retreats,  as well as organizing "start-to-finish" retreats and off-sites using our professional event planning service 
  • development and delivery of new post-merger field sales training program 
  • creation of a post-merger merchandising guide for retail outlets, including supporting team building and change management training programs and tools 
  • development of Leader’s Guide: Team Building Impacts of Change for business unit managers responsible for managing change after restructuring 
  • development of Management Discussion Guide for merger-related change management and team building decisions, incorporating our state-of-the-art interviewing skill programs. 
  • design and production of a team building resource guide for post-merger change management and employee orientation 
  • design and implementation of post-merger Team Building System for Self-directed Teams, including team leader’s guide for managing change 
  • development and delivery of a new team building post-acquisition career planning program; including certification of over 200 internal talent retention facilitators 
  • design of diversity content for supervisors' recruitment and performance management guides 
  • creation of content for employee guide to self-managed learning 
  • design and implementation of innovative revision to performance management process
