Key Objectives
Careers no longer operate the way they used to. Sometimes, they don't even change ... they just plain disappear. During change, career success belongs to the committed. Not only is commitment good for the organization, it is critical for you. Without it, Quit-&-Stay is a certainty. It's impossible to endure Quit-&-Stay for long. The stress of passionless work becomes suffocating. Before long, Quit-&-Leave is the only answer. If you're going to leave, do it at the top of your game as an authentic choice ... not as the last gasp of a change "survivor." Participants have an option for personal telephone career coaching sessions within one month of a workshop. To become eligible, they must identify a "stretch" goal they are committed to achieving within the next 30 days. If the goal is achieved, they earn a telephone coaching session, plus the right to identify an even more challenging goal for a second personal coaching session after another 30 days.
