Quit-&-Leave™is the only answer. If you're going to leave, do it at the top of your game as an authentic
choice ... not as the last gasp of a change "survivor."
Participants have an
option for personal telephone career coaching sessions within one month of a workshop. To become eligible,
they must identify a "stretch" goal they are committed to achieving within the next 30 days.
If the goal is
achieved, they “earn” a telephone coaching session, plus the right to identify an even more challenging goal for
a second personal coaching session after another 30 days.
This process can
continue as long as appropriate.
